We talked about the NHS - the advantages and the
drawbacks of the system. How does this compare with the health system in your
country?
The Welfare system isn't only about the NHS, it's about
providing for those people who are in need because of unemployment, sickness,
homelessness and so on. How does this system work in your country? What are the
similarities and differences?
The National Health Service (NHS) is the shared name of three of the four publicy funded healthcare systems in the United Kingdom. They are primarily funded through general taxation rather than requiring insurance payments. First, let we know what the significance about the health insurance. It includes six parts:
1. Uninsured people receive less medical care and less timely care.
2. Uninsured people have worse health outcomes.
3. Lack of insurance is a fiscal burden for uninsured people and their families.
4. The benefits of expanding coverage outweigh the costs for added services
5. afety-net care from hospitals and clinics improves access to care but does not fully substitute for health insurance.
6. Cautions are appropriate in using these findings.
The health insurance takes many welfare to people, it is very significance to our society.
And relative to China, it is also a very important and necessary to chinese. The UK as a diverse society
Ireland was one of England's oldest colonial possessions, dating back to the Middle Ages, although the whole island only effectively came under English control in the 17th century.
Irish people have been the largest minority group in England for centuries, crossing backwards and forwards across the seas.
The most significant exodus followed the worst of a series of potato crop failures in the 1840s - the Great Famine. It is estimated that more than one million people died, and almost the same again emigrated.
By 1841, there was already a substantial Irish presence (291,000) living and working in many towns and cities of England and Wales 1.8% of the total population.
The contribution of the Irish to the enrichment of British life and culture is both incalculable and difficult to consider separately.
The exchange of cultural influences has been always been a two way process. English still remains to be the most spoken language today. The native dialect can be found in some of the rural areas of Ireland. The Irish language was introduced by the Celts and many senior citizens can be found speaking in the traditional Irish language.
Farming in the Irish culture dates way back into history. In the olden days, the ownership of cattle was considered to be a status symbol. At one time, agriculture was always the main activity.
Although there is no official religion for Ireland, special consideration has been given to the Catholic Church. One can see the Roman Catholics, Methodists, Jewish, Presbyterianism and even a small percentage of other religions such as Islam existing in Ireland.
The Irish are known for their love for music and dance. There are quite a number of bands that still play the traditional Irish music. The most famous a mongst the musicians was Turlough Carol who composed over 200 musical compositions.
Ireland boasts the finest writers of all times. The Irish have made a significant contribution in the world of literature. This beautiful place even has 4 winners of the Nobel Prize for literature (20th century). Some of the early association of art is seen in the carvings that were found at sites at New-grange and illuminated manuscripts that belonged to the medieval period.

Crime and Punishment
IMSJ@(S3ZM.jpg)
First of all, lack of parental control of individuals. The primary school is the most important thing to the children because it affects the develop and character of children. The parents good behaviors are also important to their children. Most of child take their parents as their hero, and child always like imitate parents behaviros. Therefore, parents should aviod some bad behaviours.
Secondly, poverty is also a key factor that can be lead to a person`s involvement in crime. The panel recommends that efforts are made to improve young people`s resistance to the peer pressure that leads them astray(The Guardian, 2012). A poverty wage in London is also shrinking, its debilitating effects on parents and children in poverty. It damages nutrition, an essential ingredient of healthy babies and a good education, which is likewise ignored. Parliament needs to wake up to the fact that the current system of social security is not fit for purpose. There will continue to be impoverished young people who, because survival and inequality are massive issues in this very expensive economy, will turn to crime.
The final part is racial discrimination. Racial discrimination is easy come into being diaphragm between different colour people, and to move forward a single step come into being contradiction, and break out conflict. Therefore, the laws against racial discrimination at work cover every part of employment. This includes recruitment, terms and conditions, pay and benefits, status, training, promotion and transfer opportunities, right through to redundancy and dismissal. It is in order to aviod riots.
As can be seen, there are three factors can cause the roit. Of course, it also has some another reasons that can cause riot. It may be argue that snatch the resources in the future. Therefore, in order to aviod this situation happened, the government should developing new resources.

And sometimes, there are some divergence in some questions between you with partners, then everybody talk their ideas.
